This page gathers everything authors need to submit to IEEE qCCL 2027: the submission portal, preparation guidelines and key deadlines. All accepted papers will be published in the official IEEE conference proceedings.

Submission guidelines

Full papers

  • Upload a single PDF through the submission system.
  • Initial submission: up to 8 pages.
  • Camera-ready: within 6 pages; at most 2 extra overlength pages at extra charge.

Abstracts

  • Enter the abstract text in the submission system.
  • No file upload required.

Originality

  • Papers must be original and not under simultaneous review elsewhere.
  • Abstracts of published work may be presented, but are not included in the proceedings.

Award eligibility

  • General Chairs and Award Committee members are not eligible for the awards.
  • They must not be co-authors of any submission competing for these awards.

For convenience, MS Word and LaTeX style files and templates are provided below. Please prepare your manuscript with these files so that it complies with the official IEEE conference format.
